Refund & Return Policy

30-day returns

You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached, in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, panties, thongs and briefs can only be returned unopened, in their sealed packaging.

How to return

Email us at info@amouralace.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
We reply within 24 hours with the return address.
Send the item back with a tracked service. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees and customs duties are not refundable.

Exchanges

To change a size or colour, return the item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the right item.

Faulty or wrong item

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping.
